How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.


Can I add special instructions to the parcel carrier after my order has shipped?

No, EFENDEE cannot relay any specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has been shipped.


What happens if an item is out of stock?

Should your order include both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. The out-of-stock items will either be sent once they are back in stock or canceled from your order if they are no longer available. You will be notified about the status of any out-of-stock items in your order.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged/lost or stolen?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.


Can I return items purchased during a sale?

All items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on these items.


How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact the EFENDEE Team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

No, returns will not be accepted if sent back without prior approval from EFENDEE.

No, all items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable.

How long does it take for a refund to process?

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the refund to appear if you used PayPal, and expect it to take between 7 to 15 business days for credit card transactions to process.
