Refund policy

At EFENDEE, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products and service. We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. In those situations, we offer a variety of return options based on the date of receipt, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Initiating a Return

All return requests must be initiated via email. Please send an email to info@efendee.com with the following information to process your return:

    • Order Number

    • Total Quantity of Return Items (please include the item codes)

    • Tracking Number

    • Shipping Company

Return Eligibility

You may return all products within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

    • The item must be in pristine, unworn, or unused condition.

    • All tags should remain attached and intact for each item.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Important Notes

    • We do not accept returned items that are sent back without prior authorization from the EFENDEE team.

    • We can only accept returns for merchandise purchased from our online store. All items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable.

    • Please note that due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that all return or exchange requests will be accepted at this time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items. Once we receive the return tracking number or receipt, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Swimsuits

    • Lingerie

    • Bodysuits

    • Swimwear

    • Jewelry

    • Masks

    • Accessories

Return Address

Do not return items directly to the address listed on the received package. Instead, please send returns to the address provided by the EFENDEE team.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for refunds to appear with PayPal and 7-15 business days for credit card transactions.

Please note that the original shipping fee and any insurance costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
