Welcome to EFENDEE, where your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver your orders promptly while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic orders using the following couriers: 

    • FedEx 

    • USPS 

    • Priority. Orders to APO/FPO and military addresses are exclusively shipped via USPS Priority. 

    • Standard delivery for domestic orders takes 5-10 business days.

Once your package has shipped, EFENDEE cannot pass specific instructions or messages to the carrier. All shipments originate from Zip Code 33317. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.

Large Orders

Orders over $250, before shipping costs, qualify for free standard shipping to the continental United States. If express shipping is selected for these orders, a $10 charge will be added at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If there’s a high volume of orders, processing times may extend slightly. Please allow extra time for delivery. We will contact you via email or phone if there are any significant delays with your shipment.

*Overnight shipping is available only for orders shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

We will ship your order when all items are available. Please keep in mind that we can only hold orders for a maximum of 5 business days. If you would like your order shipped sooner, please reach out to us at info@efendee.com with your order number.

You also have the option to have items shipped as they become available, but please note that additional shipping costs may apply for expedited shipping.

Sold Out or Preorder Items

In cases where your order contains both in-stock and sold-out, back-order, or pre-order items, the in-stock items will ship immediately. Any back-order or pre-order items will be sent separately as they become available. Sold-out items will be canceled from your order.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend submitting a claim with the courier service provider for resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EFENDEE is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

EFENDEE is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Please be aware that when ordering products for delivery outside the USA, you may be subject to duty fees from your country. These fees vary by location, and EFENDEE will provide an estimate of the duty fees within your shipping costs, so you typically won’t owe anything upon package arrival. Our rates are directly provided by FedEx. (For more details, please visit the FedEx International Shipping website)

Should the actual international shipping costs and duty fees exceed our estimates, we will reach out to the buyer. The buyer can either pay the additional costs via PayPal or choose to cancel the order for a refund. If we do not hear back from the buyer within 5 days, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

In cases where international orders are returned to us due to the customer not retrieving the package, a refund will be provided for the amount remaining after deducting the original and return shipping fees.
